Hey Dreamers! The dreams are DREAMINGGGGGGGG!!!!












Here are a few tips you can use when you go to sleep/dream this week:


  1. Get a notebook and let this be your dream journal. Make note of the date and time you are going to bed and waking up.

  2. Set intentions to remember your dreams this week! ("I will remember my dreams upon awakening.")

  3. Upon awakening, have your journal ready and record what you dreamt and/or felt after waking up. Record colors, people, places, animals, events, numbers, etc. Every detail that you remember counts!
