Welcome to Night Routine: The Dream Booster!
Our goal tonight is to help you create a night routine that will help you relax, wind down, and promote a better dream experience. We understand that getting a good night's sleep can be challenging, so we've put together some activities that will help you create a peaceful and calming atmosphere to get you ready for bed. You can think of this as a mini virtual sleepover to get you right and ready to dream before bed!
First, we'll start with some gentle stretches and breathing exercises to help release any tension in your body. Then, we'll move on to a guided meditation session that will help calm your mind and prepare you for sleep. We'll also share some tips on creating a comfortable sleep environment and provide some recommendations for relaxing music and aromatherapy.
As part of our virtual sleepover, I encourage you to disconnect from your electronic devices and focus on your own well-being. You can also share your own tips and tricks for getting a good night's sleep with the group. And before we say goodnight, we'll share some positive affirmations to help set the tone for a peaceful and restful night.
